There are many agriculture related business that provide sponsor ship for Nascar cars. Lincoln Electric, Haas Avacados, Ford,Chevy, Toyota,Dodge,Dixie Choppers,Betty Crocker, etc...
Nascar and NHRA use a great of technology. There is a NHRA racer-Dave Thomas- who is called the Flying Farmer uses Ethanol to "fly" down the track and is quiet competitive. He was using Ethanol at least 5 yrs back.Hot Rod Fuller was sponsored last year by Catapillar.
Conagra is a large sponsor in both Nationwide and Sprint Cup levels.Jack Daniels is the sponsor of the 07 car through Richard Childress Racing. Catapillar has been sponsored the #22 Catapillar(and won the Daytona 500 a few years back)and this year the #31. Agriculture businesses spend millions of dollars a year in both NHRA and NASCAR sponsorship.
How can this be used in our careers in agriculture education?
