I know several of the "blockers" have expresses concern about dealing with
special needs. This website is just the resource you need. On the web page there are several contributors you may deal with in your classroom including disabilities, gender, multi-cultural, special needs and more. Under each category there are several examples of qualification for that heading. You select a topic such as religion than there are several web pages and resources that can help inform you and give you ideas of how to include a student with those needs. As a teacher we need to treat everyone equally and we should do everything we can to help all of our students succeed.
